Coaching & Mentorship

We provide ongoing accompaniment after the initial activation to support iteration, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen implementation of the COMEAL/FMEAL processes.

Setting up the feminist-/COMEAL approach is challenging, but worthwhile endeavor. All the tools developed through this process are meant to be iterated on as partners and community groups continue to use them and learn. Follow up coaching to help troubleshoot or celebrate with them following the initial set-up is a commitment we make so that they can continue to make evidence-based decisions.
